The property has lovely countryside views from every window and there is also a large garden to enjoy.  There is an unfenced pond.  It is an easy drive to Tenterden with its shops, cafes and bars and is surrounded by great places to visit including Rye, Sissinghurst and Bodiam Castles.  The Kent and Sussex Steam Railway is a great way to take in the views at a more leisurely pace and there are golf courses and fishing lakes nearby  - something for everyone.
